ASSISTANT PROFESSOR Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition
We are seeking an outstanding M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or Ph.D. for a position as Research Scientist in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition at Children's Hospital Boston. Qualified M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or Ph.D candidates will be capable of running an independent program in one of the broad areas of mucosal immunology or epithelial biology related to inflammatory or infectious diseases of the intestine. A focus on innate and acquired immunity, host defense and microbial interactions, epithelial cell function, or maintenance of the intestinal epithelial barrier would be highly desired. Physician-scientists may be trained in disciplines other than pediatrics. Joint appointments with other Departments will be considered.
