Drives effective Process Excellence improvement activities in support of the site Lean Transformation within Kingsland Grange. Develops strategies and implementation plans to ensure timely and effective execution of process excellence improvements that significantly improve the performance of the business. Leads programs of education and communication to the site employees in order to create and maintain an environment in which a Lean Transformation can flourish. Measures and reports impact of Process Excellence activities locally and globally. Success in this role is crucial to the growth, profitability and competitive advantage of Life Technologies.
