2-year Post-doctoral Associate - Center for In Vivo Microscopy, Department of Radiology, Duke University Medical Center (http://www.civm.duhs.duke.edu) to work on small animal imaging research. Will develop a processing pipeline for automated segmentation and extraction of murine cardiac anatomical and functional measures using images acquired with a unique micro-CT system. Requirements: PhD with strong background in image processing (especially for small animals), image registration, segmentation, and experience in computer programming (MATLAB, C, use of libraries like VTK, ITK).
