The Department of Human Science at Georgetown University is seeking an associate or a full professor for the position of Department Chair. The Human Science Department emphasizes undergraduate basic science teaching and research on human health with a focus on physiological adaptation and systems integration. Interested candidates must have a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree and a strong commitment to teaching,scholarship, and investigator-initiated laboratory research with undergraduates.
Applicants with expertise in the environmental impact on molecular, cellular, or systems physiology are preferred.
