Professor of Structure-Based Drug Design

ETH Zurich invites applications for a professorship of Structure-Based Drug Design at the Institute of Pharmaceutical
Sciences of the Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences
(www.chab.ethz.ch/index_EN).

The field of research associated with the position should
encompass structure-assisted identification and/or characterization
of specific binding molecules for proteins and
other macromolecular targets of pharmaceutical interest
and in-depth understanding of target/ligand interactions
(e.g. modeling, structural biology). In addition, a strong
commitment to the teaching activities of the Institute is
expected. He or she will be expected to teach undergraduate
level courses (German or English) and graduate level
courses (English).

Candidates should have a strong scientific profile related to
drug discovery.
